Visa Assistance

For Non-Schengen countries most of the time a visa is required. When your not sure you can find the your local Dutch Embassy at the website of the Dutch Embassy.

When you have to apply for a visa you have to make clear to the embassy staff that:

- You are in the possession of sufficient foreign funds to travel,

to stay in the Netherlands and to buy and ship goods.

- You have to hand over a Letter of Invitation from Socar.

The Socar group has its own Registration Department that offers to mediate in the process of getting a visa. This department will send a Letter of Invitation to prospective clients who are interested in doing business with the Socar companies.

Socar will take precautions to check carefully and thoroughly whether your intentions are bona fide and businesslike.

Customers who have visited and commenced business with Socar for at least three times, will be provided with a Socar Business Card. This card will assist you in getting your visa much easier.
